Protect your business against privacy related fines and lawsuits with Termageddon, the new app that monitors privacy laws, notifies you when new disclosures become required, and can even push updates to your policies when laws change.
If your website has a contact form, you may be required by law to have a Privacy Policy that provides specific disclosures. Failure to do so can lead to privacy related fines and even lawsuits.
This is where an app like Termageddon comes in handy. Termageddon is a website policy generator that monitors privacy laws, notifies you of all (if any) changes, and can even automatically update your policies, ensuring that you stay up to date with changing compliance requirements.
Every Termageddon license can be shared with clients, solicitors or people within your organisation. In the case you want/need share a Termageddon license, the person you share it to will be instructed to create an account on Termageddon website so that they can access their policies and make changes to it. Users with access to a license will receive notifications when necessary i.e. privacy laws change, when additional disclosures are required, and when policies are being updated.
DISCLAIMER: It's important to note Termageddon is not a legal services provider and does not provide you with legal advice. For more information on this, please click HERE.
You can add Termageddon to your website via the Avanty App Store and simply follow the instructions to create your website policy. For example they have a Help Center and an impressive blog that will certainly be useful to you.
Once your policy is ready, open the widget panel, look for the Policy Content widget and drag it into your website. As always, you can customise the design and content to match your brand, just like any other Avanty widget.
