Designed specifically for real estate agents, contractors, and property management companies, this innovative and one-of-a-kind template caters to those seeking a website that highlights listings or catalogs. However, it is also highly suitable for any business that requires a website with page content derived from databases or a filtered display of them.
Please note that this template is available for accounts with the Agency plan and higher.
The real estate agency template offers upscale design with a carefully chosen palette of bright and engaging colors. In addition to dynamic pages, it also comes with blog and FAQ widgets to accommodate the needs of clients from this and other industries (like travel, classes, cooking and recipes, artists, etc.). Give it a unique look and feel by adding customized images, client testimonials, and use the helpful journal page.
Dynamic pages are ideal for building websites with content that’s based on databases, and need to show specific categories as separate pages in the site. This template comes with dynamic pages that are essential for a real estate company’s website: a page of properties for sale, and a page of properties for rent.
Using the dynamic filter capability of dynamic pages, you can filter one big comprehensive dataset with lots of details and attributes, to show specific content on separate site pages - depending on your client’s needs.
This is made possible using the following two components found in the template:
1) A comprehensive dataset (or collection): One large property collection called ‘All Properties,’ including all relevant details such as property address, price, whether the property is available for sale or for rent, number of bedrooms, and many other attributes.
The 'All Properties' collection in the template
2) A filtered collection: To create category pages that show properties filtered by 'For Sale' and 'For Rent,' we use another collection called ‘Property Categories’ that has these exact two attributes (see below).
The 'Property Categories' collection in the template
Next, to make it possible to have the For Rent and For Sale property categories as separate dynamic pages under the site's main navigation, a dynamic filter is applied to the image gallery widget showing the properties, using both of these collections.
The content pages included in this template are a demonstration of how they can be used in the real estate industry. It is possible to easily and immediately generate category pages based on specific interests or requirements of any kind. For instance, you can create pages for real estate listings, team members, catalog items, classes, and more by replacing the template's collections with those relevant to your client's business.
To provide another example, let's say you are developing a website for a travel agency that offers various types of trips worldwide. By utilising a comprehensive collection in conjunction with a simple one for trip types, you can create filtered category pages for specific themed trips such as safaris and culinary trips. The possibilities are limitless.
If you want to add more category pages to your website, it's not a problem. Simply add another attribute collection to your site's content library, apply a dynamic filter using both collections, and instantly generate additional unique category pages.
The content of dynamic pages is managed by the collection they’re connected to. To access the collection, open the Content tab on the left panel in the editor, and select the collection you want to edit.
Alternatively, you can upload any number of additional collections and apply a dynamic filter to create more dedicated category pages.
If your client needs a site with dynamic pages based on listings or a catalog, this template could be a real help. Go to the templates page to see and use the new Real Estate Company template.
